The 800G OSFP SR4 Multimode Optical Transceiver Module delivers an aggregate signaling rate of 850 Gbps through eight 106.25 Gbps PAM4 lanes. Designed for AI, cloud, and hyperscale data centers, it supports high-bandwidth connections between servers and switches.
Using 850 nm VCSEL technology, the module supports transmission distances of up to 100 meters over OM4 fiber and 60 meters over OM3. Dual MPO-12 APC connectors enable compact, high-density cabling.
Built to OSFP MSA requirements, the module supports straightforward deployment and upgrades. It complies with IEEE 802.3db and RoHS requirements and operates within a commercial temperature range of 0°C to 70°C, making it suitable for high-density, short-reach 800G networks.
