Yes. Provide the host brand, device model, operating-system version, and required part number. We will confirm the compatibility profile before production and can support on-site recoding for applicable products.
Enter the complete or partial Model value in the product-page search box. If no result appears, send the Model and host-device information to our sales team for confirmation.
Open Contact Us, select the relevant inquiry topic, and provide product models, quantities, compatibility requirements, and destination. Our team will respond with availability, price, and lead time.
Yes. Most standard products support sample and small-batch orders. Minimum quantity and lead time may vary for customized products.
Yes. Pricing is evaluated according to product type, quantity, delivery schedule, and customization requirements. Submit your bill of materials for project pricing.
Yes. We can support labels, packaging, private-brand presentation, compatibility coding, and selected specification customization after technical review.
Contact your account manager as soon as possible. Unproduced standard items may be adjusted, while completed, shipped, or customized products may not be cancellable.
Displayed prices are catalog references. Freight, tax, duties, customization, and project-specific services may be quoted separately. The confirmed quotation or invoice is final.
Available methods may include bank transfer, wire transfer, credit card, PayPal, or approved account terms. Options depend on destination, order value, and account status.
In-stock standard products are normally prepared quickly after payment confirmation. Production and customized orders require a confirmed lead time; international transit depends on carrier and destination.
The tracking number is provided by email or your account manager after the carrier collects the shipment and tracking data becomes available.
Enter the tracking number on the DHL, FedEx, UPS, or designated carrier website. Contact us if tracking is not updated for an extended period.
Confirm the module and port type, use ESD protection, remove the dust cap, insert the module until latched, and connect a clean matching fiber. Release the latch before removal and never pull the fiber cable.
Wear a grounded antistatic wrist strap, handle the module by its housing, avoid touching electrical contacts, and keep unused modules in antistatic packaging.
Use approved lint-free swabs or one-click cleaners. Inspect and clean both connector ends before connection, and keep dust caps fitted when ports are unused.
Confirm compatibility coding, port support, firmware version, and insertion status. Reseat the module, test another supported port, and collect device logs if the warning remains.
Check that speed, wavelength, fiber type, connector, FEC mode, and BiDi transmit/receive pairing match at both ends. Also verify optical power and fiber polarity.
Common causes include dirty connectors, marginal optical power, incompatible FEC, damaged fiber, excessive temperature, or unstable host ports. Record DDM data at both link states.
For low power, inspect loss, connectors, bends, distance, and transmitter output. For excessive power, verify the link budget and use an appropriate optical attenuator if required.
Verify matched speed and FEC settings, clean the optical path, inspect power margins, replace suspect patch cords, and compare error counters using a known-good module and port.
Confirm that the module, host port, and network OS support diagnostics and that monitoring is enabled. Some host systems restrict third-party diagnostic access.
Provide the device model, OS version, port configuration, module EEPROM/DOM output, optical power, temperature, alarms, error counters, topology, and test steps already performed.
