Deployment & Architecture

Industrial switches or BBU devices with ERPS/RSTP self-healing capabilities are deployed along both metro tunnel tracks. Each station and interval node uses Goilips 10G dual-fiber or BiDi hot-standby modules to build physically separate A/B redundant networks.

Primary Dual-Fiber A Network

Core Deployment:Goilips 10G SFP+ LR Ind using 1310nm duplex LC over single-mode dual-fiber links up to 10km.

Advantage:Provides an industrial A/B independent hot-standby path for critical signaling traffic.

Backup / Duct-Constrained B Network

Core Deployment:Goilips 10G BiDi SFP+ Ind using 1270nm/1330nm single-fiber transmission over single-mode fiber up to 10km.

Advantage:Provides single-fiber bidirectional backup while saving 50% fiber resources in crowded tunnel ducts.

Sub-50ms Fast Recovery

Core Deployment:High-speed Loss of Signal detection reports physical-layer faults within microseconds and coordinates with ERPS/RSTP ring protection.

Advantage:Switches to backup links within 50ms when the primary fiber is cut or attenuation becomes abnormal.

Industrial Anti-Vibration and EMC Design

Core Deployment:Uses reinforced metal housings, anti-loosening optical interfaces, DFB lasers, wide-temperature chips, and surge/ESD protection.

Advantage:Operates from -40°C to +85°C and resists piston wind, vibration, and traction-network electromagnetic interference.
